Towers, Traffic, and Taxes

The Woodinville City Council is pushing economic segregation and a massive redevelopment of Downtown that will grow the city by 25%, including high-rise towers that are concentrated near already congested intersections. The initiative could cost up to $226 million and increase annual taxes by $1,500 per year or more per family.
