Don’t Reward the Developer That Destroyed Molbak’s

Green Partners forced Molbak’s out, demolished the historic site, and left the heart of Woodinville empty. Now the developer is asking the City for major height, density, and development concessions through a new Development Agreement. Woodinville should not reward the developer responsible for destroying Molbak’s with decades of development flexibility and minimal public benefit.
